Good morning and good afternoon.
Last night, the weather has been very windy. At times, the wind was blowing from behind giving you a good push, at other times, it was rather difficult to walk against the wind. And this was still before the typhoon. I was wondering how strong it actually get if this was still before.
Rather stayed late at the office with my colleagues, they wanted to play
Munchkin again. I was not really looking forward to spend the weekend forced to stay in the dorm, so lucky me got to stay with the family of a friend (and had to fix the computer in return: I still wonder how they managed to bend the two pins of the keyboard connector across each others and thus disabled the mouse and keyboard connectors altogether. Oh well, bend them back and everything was working again).

This morning, it is still very windy, but the typhoon does not seem to affect us much, it is drifting to the north. I guess the people in Taipeh got worse conditions. But when when I open the webpage of the
Central Weather Bureau, it looked like the world was coming to an end:
Oh well, yet another earthquake that I did not notice and yet another typhoon that did not come close. Even though I suppose I should be thankful, I do feel a little disappointed.
